Property Management Tip - Start with Your Sphere of Influence!
We're in the middle of some tough times. I got a call last night from another good friend who's just been laid off. That makes a total of about 30% of my graduating class at Babson College MBAs who are still looking for a job or who've been laid off. That's not encouraging.
I'm trying to remember the same lessons I was taught when I first started selling real estate - Start with Your Sphere of Influence.
If you haven't done so in a while, step back and think about the people that you know. Have you told them that you are looking for a job, a new investment property, or a tenant? If not, why not? Reach out today and let them know what you need. It's the best place to start.
